MOREMAT™ is committed to providing exceptional customer care. We gladly accept the return of your yoga mat within 15 days of receipt in its original condition. Kindly note customers are responsible for return shipping costs*.
Return Steps
- To start a return, please contact us at customercare@moremat.com within 15 days of receiving your mat.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. *Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Damages and issues
MOREMAT™ is proudly backed by by our 20/7 Warranty which includes our manufacturer's 20-year comprehensive warranty and 7-year performance warranty, guaranting to remain unmatched in comfort, never to compress, or delaminate. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at
customercare@moremat.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We ask that you provide photos and a description so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to ensure that it is in its original condition and free from damage. Upon acceptance of the return, you will be automatically refunded minus the return shipping fee on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at customercare@moremat.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
