With over twenty years of experience as a personal trainer and yoga instructor, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others achieve their fitness goals and live healthier lives. Most importantly, I am a wife, proud mother of three, "Lala" to my three beautiful grandchildren, and a dog mom to six. My home is bustling with love and energy (and occasional dog barking).

For me, fitness is about much more than just exercise — it's about building meaningful connections, fostering a sense of community, and enhancing overall well-being. I've had the privilege of working with many clients and class participants who have become much more than students – they have become cherished friends and extended family, sharing in the journey towards health and happiness.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed countless individuals struggle with pain in their hands and/or knees, which often disrupted their practice and progress and finding training modifications that didn’t interfere with the workout or yoga flow wasn’t always easy.

It wasn’t until a few years ago when I experienced my own injury that I truly realized the difficulties that my participants faced. I knew there had to be a better way for a more comfortable practice than dealing with the frustration of having to use multiple mats or placing pads on top that get in the way of movement and distracted from focus.

I was determined to find a better solution, and after exploring many ideas and designs, MOREMAT™ was created. Once my injury healed, I assumed I would go back to an ordinary mat but after feeling the incredible difference and energy the anti-fatigue padding provided, I would never go back. Fitness is huge part of my life and protecting my joints has become a priority so I will be able to exercise for years to come.

I am so excited to share my yoga mat with you and the world. My mission is simple - to transform the way people feel on their yoga mat, making every practice more comfortable, focused, and enjoyable.
